Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using KONGRA Jungle. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. About KONGRA Jungle

KONGRA Jungle is a subscription-based modding guide platform offering step-by-step mod tutorials, an AI-powered mod builder, and a community for Minecraft and Stardew Valley players. The platform is operated by KONGRA Jungle LLC, 124 Ballyhoo Dr, Lewisville, NC 27023, United States ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use KONGRA Jungle. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this platform.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately at jungle@kongra.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Not create accounts for others or use someone else's account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial upon registration. No payment is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be downgraded to the free tier, which provides limited access to platform features. To retain full access, you must subscribe to a paid plan.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without notice.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

KONGRA Jungle offers paid subscription plans with monthly and annual billing options. Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Subscriptions automatically renewat the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

We accept the following payment methods via Stripe:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover

All prices are displayed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide advance notice of any price changes via email before they take effect.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and clicking "Cancel Subscription" on the account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access until then. After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier.

We do not offer refunds. See Section 7 for our refund policy.

7. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Because KONGRA Jungle provides immediate access to digital content and services upon payment, we do not issue refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused features, or subscription cancellations.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us atjungle@kongra.co and we will review your case.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KONGRA Jungle to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content from the platform in bulk
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute platform content without written permission
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account engaging in prohibited conduct without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on KONGRA Jungle — including text, guides, graphics, logos, AI-generated outputs, software, and design — is owned by or licensed to KONGRA Jungle LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without our prior written consent.

10. AI-Generated Content

KONGRA Jungle uses AI technology (powered by Anthropic) to generate mod guides, step-by-step plans, and other content. AI-generated content is provided for informational and creative assistance purposes only.

We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use AI-generated content at your own risk. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from following AI-generated instructions or recommendations.

11. Third-Party Services & Links

KONGRA Jungle uses third-party services to operate the platform, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI), ConvertKit (email marketing), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of the platform is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers.

The platform may contain links to external websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites. Links do not constitute endorsement.

12. Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe that content on KONGRA Jungle infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to:

Your notice must include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• A description of where the infringing material is located on the platform
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

KONGRA JUNGLE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KONGRA JUNGLE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

15. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at jungle@kongra.co and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in Forsyth County, North Carolina. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Time Limitation: Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose. Claims brought after this period are permanently barred.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of KONGRA Jungle after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
